Recently Bob sold my husband and I a house. After being with another real estate agent for nearly 4 months and getting no where we needed a change. We called Bob to show us a listing and immediatly we were impressed with his knowledge of the industry and how straight to the point he is, especially in the forclosures and short sales that we were chasing after. Being first time home buyers we needed someone we could trust who would take our best interest to heart instead of just trying to make a sale, Bob fit that mold and made sure we didn’t end up with a bad deal. Today we are in a beautiful home and couldn’t be more pleased!

The Tills – Buyers

      Our endeavor for a new home began around January 2009. We were renting a nice home in a nice neighborhood, with wonderful neighbors, but the monthly note was squeezing our wallets drip-dry. As our lease grew closer and closer to a close in May 2009, we embarked on determining a realtor for our needs. That realtor was none other than Bob Hanley.
      We have known Bob for several years now and attend the same church together. Our decision to hire on Bob was based on his knowledge of foreclosed homes, which was our intended purchase, and the fact that we knew he would be dependable and trustworthy.
       Bob was always very patient with us as first time home buyers. The communication with him was always timely as well. Most of the time our calls and e-mails were answered right away. If not then soon after our initial efforts.
       We are happy to say that we are the proud owners of our first home as of July 2009! With the assistance of Bob as a our realtor, we got the job done and are living comfortably in our home. Eagerly, we look forward to finishing our “dream home ” as we enlist in the rewards of  remodeling!
